More about me

With a background as a biostatistician and seasoned statistical programmer, I offer specialized statistical consulting in the healthcare sector. My expertise encompasses grant development, crafting manuscripts, planning statistical analyses, and designing statistical experiments. My toolkit includes SAS, R, and Python, which I employ for tasks ranging from data cleansing and restructuring, validation, statistical methods, visualizations, and reporting. My proficiency extends to both parametric and non-parametric statistical techniques, regression analyses, power calculations, and determining sample sizes.

My academic journey began in Turkmenistan, where I completed my high school education. Subsequently, I pursued my MS and BS in Math Education at Bogazici University in Istanbul, Turkey. Following our university graduation, my wife and I relocated to the U.S. My career in the U.S. started with a six-year stint as a math educator and mentor in Texas and Arkansas. My passion for academia led me to the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, where I achieved my doctorate.

Currently, I reside in Little Rock, cherishing life with my wonderful wife and our two delightful children. I take pride in my contributions to pediatric research. Outside of my professional realm, I indulge in road biking, kayaking, and mentoring in robotics.
